Companionship with Gestalt therapy
"Gestalt therapy is a form of psychotherapy that works from and with the emotional side of human beings in the here and now. It offers a safe and completely confidential space, free from judgement.
The vehicle for personal transformation through therapeutic support is not a technique, but rather the therapist herself. A person who has travelled the path of self-knowledge through her own personal hells and great pains and has gone to the roots of her personal history. From there, she can accompany another person. "
“Having the patience to build a bond where love can be expressed is the great art of psychotherapy and ultimately its true purpose.”
Alejandro Spangenberg, “GESTALT THERAPY a way back home”
I´ll be with you wherever you are
Nowadays, with technology, it is much easier to find support and someone to listen to you. You don’t have to go anywhere; you can do it from your own home. From the place where you feel safe and comfortable.
initial meeting with yourself
to know you a bit more and me and my way of working.

Let yourself float with the water
Aguahara - aquatic accompaniment and relaxation
I offer you a personalised Aguahara experience. A cosmic journey to explore the floating world of water. Let yourself drift and flow with the help of your breathing and the lightness of the water. It is a deep self-experience and an even deeper relaxation of the body. Although Aguahara is not defined as a therapy, its therapeutic value is recognised, especially in relieving muscle tension and managing stress through its movements and stretches, which are performed while floating on the surface and under the of the water.
